Copystar MFPs Rank Most Reliable in the Industry
Industry Analysts conducted in-depth interviews with service managers in copier dealerships nationwide, totaling more than 44,000 multifunctional units installed. Copier service managers, true experts on which products perform best were questioned on the products they work closely with on a daily basis. Copystar rated highest in Product Reliability and Inventory while ranking first in 17 performance categories. In 2009, Copystar set a record winning “Most Reliable” more than any other manufacturer in the past decade of OPA Survey.
